By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using ProGameInfo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

ProGameInfo is an information platform that aggregates publicly available data about video games, game servers, esports events, streamers, and lets users publish user-generated content (UGC) such as wiki articles, forum threads, party ads, comments, and profiles.

We are a hosting provider and an intermediary information service operator. We do not author, endorse, verify, or take editorial responsibility for any content submitted, uploaded, posted, linked, or otherwise made available by users of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

If you are a representative of a server, esports team, brand, or any other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and in your profile;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (password, OAuth tokens, refresh tokens);
  • every action taken through your account, whether by you or by anyone you allowed access (knowingly or not);
  • promptly notifying us at [not specified] if you suspect your account has been compromised.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

4. User-Generated Content - your responsibility

When you submit any content to the Service, you confirm and warrant that:

  1. You own the content or have all the rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to publish it on the Service.
  2. The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, or any other right.
  3. The content does not violate any applicable law (criminal, civil, administrative, or otherwise) of the European Union, the country where you reside, or the country where the Service is operated.
  4. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content, subject to reasonable retention for backups and legal compliance.

You retain ownership of the content you create. We do not claim authorship.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not, and must not assist or enable any third party to, upload, post, transmit, link to, share, or otherwise make available content that:

  • depicts, glorifies, promotes, or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or genocide;
  • depicts the sexual abuse of minors (CSAM) in any form, including drawings, animation, or text;
  • incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
  • contains threats, doxxing, stalking, or coordinated harassment of any individual;
  • distributes malware, ransomware, exploits, account credentials, or tools designed to compromise other users, services, or game servers;
  • promotes the sale or unauthorized distribution of controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen accounts, or stolen game items;
  • contains non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or impersonation;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights (see DMCA Policy);
  • circumvents bans, account moderation actions, or the Service's safety mechanisms;
  • automates account creation, scraping, or any form of abuse of the Service's APIs, throttling, or pagination.

The list above is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate the account of any user whose conduct we determine, in our sole judgment, is incompatible with the safe operation of the Service.

6. Moderation and law enforcement cooperation

We will act on credible reports of prohibited content within a reasonable time, typically within 24 hours for content that appears to be illegal under the law of the European Union or the country of operation. We may act faster, slower, or not at all depending on the apparent severity of the report and the available evidence.

We cooperate with law enforcement. Upon receipt of a lawful request (court order, prosecutor's request, or equivalent statutory mechanism) from a competent authority, we will preserve and disclose any user account data we hold, including but not limited to:

  • the email address, username, and display name on the account;
  • IP address hashes and approximate location data collected during sessions;
  • the content the user has posted;
  • timestamps of account creation, login, and content submission;
  • linked OAuth identities (Discord, Google, Steam) where available.

We may, where the law allows or requires, notify the affected user of the disclosure. We may also withhold notice where the law requires us to do so.

If you publish content prohibited under section 5 or under applicable law, you accept that your account data may be disclosed to law enforcement and that you may face civil or criminal liability.

7. Reporting infringement and abuse

  • Illegal content, CSAM, terrorism content: contact [not specified]. CSAM reports should also be forwarded to the relevant national reporting authority. We are obligated to preserve evidence and to notify law enforcement.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms or the Community Rules;
  • your activity poses a security, legal, or reputational risk;
  • a court order, statutory authority, or other legally binding instrument requires us to;
  • your account has been inactive for a long period and notice has been given.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account → Privacy page. Deletion triggers a 30-day grace period during which you can recover the account; after 30 days the personal data linked to the account is irreversibly anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

You acknowledge that:

  • the Service aggregates third-party data that may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable;
  • game servers listed in the catalog are operated by independent third parties; we do not endorse, certify, or guarantee any of them;
  • player-vs-player interactions on third-party servers are outside our control;
  • you assume all risk arising from the use of the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profit, reputation, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you have paid us, if any, during that period.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • content you submit to the Service;
  • your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

12. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality.

We may revise these Terms. The latest version is published at /legal/terms and identified by an effective date. Material changes are notified in-app on next sign-in; continued use of the Service after the new version takes effect constitutes acceptance.

If you do not accept a revised version, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of operation of the Operator, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you reside are not affected.

If you reside in the European Union, you may have recourse to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Community Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service.
